3.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the star77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether in the same name, under different names, or using different email addresses or phone numbers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number as they appear on your official Indonesian identification documents. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. star77 will never ask for your password via email, Live Chat, or telephone. You must notify star77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. star77 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to take reasonable security precautions.
3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. star77 reserves the right to suspe nd or close any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.
4.1 Verification Requirement. star77 is committed to operating a secure and compliant platform. In accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) standards, all Users are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request or upon reaching cumulative deposits of Rp 10.000.000 (ten million Rupiah).
4.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, Users must submit clear, legible copies or photographs of the following documents:

4.4 Consequences of Failed Verification. 5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. star77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 (twenty-five thousand Rupiah). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the User's account dashboard and may vary by payment method and account verification status.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to the User's account balance in real time or within a maximum of 5 minutes during normal operating hours. star77 is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or e-wallet provider.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within one (1) business hour during operating hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating window. star77 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, the User's bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.
5.5 Payment Method Consistency. To protect against fraud and money laundering, withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet from which the corresponding deposit originated. star77 reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests to accounts or wallets not previously used for deposits.
Currency Note: All balances, deposits, and withdrawals on star77 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). star77 does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency. Currency conversion fees imposed by a User's bank are the sole responsibility of the User.
5.6 Refused Transactions. star77 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or where the transaction falls outside the User's established account behaviour patterns.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by star77 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a promotion's specific terms, the specific terms prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account, after which any unmet bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
6.3 Eligible Games. Wagering requirements may be fulfilled only on games and bet types designated as eligible for bonus play in the promotion's specific terms. Bets placed on excluded games, markets, or bet types (such as certain low-margin sports markets or specific table game strategies) do not count toward wagering requirements and may, at star77's discretion, result in bonus forfeiture.
6.4 One Bonus Per User. Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per User, per household, per IP address, and per device. star77 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus or reverse associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a User has attempted to claim a promotion multiple times through different accounts or through coordinated activity with other Users.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. star77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or mathematically hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements, exploiting promotional offers through coordinated betting strategies, and using technical exploits to generate artificial bonus credits. Any User found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their account suspended.
6.6 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly and serve only as a wagering vehicle. Only real-money winnings derived from completed wagering requirements may be withdrawn. Upon withdrawal of real-money funds where active Bonus Funds remain, the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.
7.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on the star77 platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, league, or game type. Specific rules for sports betting (including bandar bola — sports bookmaking — markets, mix parlay — accumulator — bets, and voor bola — Asian handicap — lines), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino, and slot games are published in the Help section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until the User receives an on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number. star77 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its discretion, including where a price or market has been offered in error, where a system error has occurred, or where a User's betting patterns indicate irregular activity.
7.3 Void and Cancelled Events. If a sporting event or game is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules. In general, bets on events that do not reach a defined result threshold will be voided and stakes returned to the User's account.
7.4 Pricing Errors. In the event that an obvious error in odds or pricing is made available on the Platform, star77 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether the event has been settled. Users are not entitled to exploit manifest pricing errors.
7.5 Live Betting. Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds fluctuations. By placing a live bet, the User acknowledges and accepts that the odds displayed at the time of bet placement may change between placement and confirmation due to real-time market adjustments. star77 will honour the odds confirmed at bet acceptance, not the odds displayed at the moment the User initiated the bet.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the star77 platform. Violation of any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the star77 platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of star77 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
9.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 10.4 Excluded Losses. star77 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to a User's use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether star77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using star77, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited. star77 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred on the Platform. Please gamble responsibly and within your financial means.
11.1 The collection, use, storage, and protection of User personal data is governed by star77's Privacy Policy, which is published at https://star77.cam/privacy-policy and forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data collected during KYC verification, transaction monitoring, and customer support interactions.

13.1 Termination by User. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting star77 customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
13.2 Termination by star77. star77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where account closure is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination by star77 for cause, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Any real-money balance may also be withheld pending investigation where fraud or money laundering is suspected. star77's decision in such matters is final, subject to any applicable legal requirements.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which star77 is incorporated, without reference to its conflict-of-law provisions.
14.2 Users acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are complex and subject to change. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with any local laws applicable to them. star77 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.
14.3 Any dispute between a User and star77 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration. Users waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against star77.
15.1 star77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, star77 will notify registered Users via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 7 calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
